What you need:
1 medium size pomfret fish
4 Cloves garlic
8 Slices ginger
1 tbsp Galanggal's lemongrass jam
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetables oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Lemon slices (optional)
Spring onions / red chillies for garnishing.
Methods:
Combined lemongrass jam and lemon juice. Pour onto fish.
Slice garlic and place onto fish.
Steamed fish till tender, approximately for 8 to 10 minutes.
Slice thinly ginger and fried till golden brown.
While the fish is steaming, in a small bowl, mix all the ingredients below, set aside.
1 tbsp Galanggal's Lemongrass jam
2 tbsp soy sause
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetables oil.
When the fish is ready, drizzle the soy mixture over the fish, garnish with spring onions, red chilies and serve immediately. Enjoy!
